Delivery across the UAE takes 1–2 days. Here’s how to check where yours is.

Sign in to your account
Enter the email you used at checkout and we’ll send you a one-time code — no password. You’ll see every order, its status and the courier’s tracking.

Use your confirmation
Your order confirmation has a “View your order” link with the same status page. When your order ships you also get the tracking number, where the courier supports it.

Ordered with a phone number only?
Message us with your order number and we’ll tell you where it is.
